Janine Tugonon receives congratulatory resolution from House of Representatives
Miss Philippines 2012 and Miss Universe runner-up, Janine Tugonon, was invited to Congress Wednesday as members of the House of Representatives bestowed upon her a congratulatory resolution for her second place finish in the Miss Universe pageant, according to the Congresswoman Lani Mercado Revilla Facebook page today.
The lower chamber passed a resolution, introduced by Bacoor City lone district Representative Lani Mercado-Revilla, congratulating and commending Tugonon.
The legislative session was suspended as lawmakers had a meet and greet with the Bataan beauty queen.
