James Andrews, W.Pa. man charged for provoking and barking at a police dog
Twenty-six old Pennsylvania man, James Andrews was charged for provoking a police K-9. The police dog was a 7-year-old German Shepherd named Chaos.
Andrews of Cranberry Township was stopped and checked for alcohol influence at 2:40 a.m. on September 15. Later, he was accused of “barking, hissing and growling” at the dog, according to the K-9’s handler, Evan City police Sgt. Don Myers.
