Pedophiles William Bustillos and Joseph Suder arrested, police ‘shocked’ by details
Police in Ohio are calling a recent child sex abuse arrest case, the worst they have seen in their career as William Bustillos III and Joseph Suder were sexually abusing young boys with ages ranging from 5 to 7 years old.
“I have never come in contact with a case like this,” said Sgt. Scott Godbey with the Lockland Police Department.
“I’ve seen a lot of bad things in this world, but this right here is probably the worst I’ve ever had to deal with,” said Lockland Police Chief James Toles.
Bustillos, 25, had an upstairs room full of satanic idols, a shrine and cameras among elicit material.
This was the scene where he took a 5-year-old boy to molest and rape.
Bustillos was arrested Wednesday and is facing charges of rape, gross sexual imposition and pandering sexual materials involving a juvenile.
Federal investigators now involved in the case are saying it could be connected to a larger crime ring.
Bustillos’ mother and a man both live downstairs in the same home as the suspect, claiming that the “shrine” is part of his religious beliefs.
“He’s a Wiccan and he believes in the Wiccan way,” the man said.

Suder, who was arrested Aug. 16 in a different case, provided the 5-year-old victim to Bustillos, authorities say.
Suder was also indicted on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition and is currently in jail.
Police say he is accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old and taking explicit pictures of a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old.
There are thousands of pictures between Bustillos and Suder on gaming systems and seized flash drives, and there could be even more pictures, federal investigators say.
Lockland Sargeant Christ Lind said Bustillos indicated that he had been sharing child pornography with others in the Ohio area
“I’ve seen bad before but this was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. I hardly slept last night because of it.”
Lind, some of the images contain bestiality on a child as young as one-year-old.
“His apartment was basically set up as a sex room. His bedroom included a bed with nets to mount cameras to record sex acts and a little satanic ritual set up with cameras satanic totems. He had dildos in the showers and these pictures of these kids in the shower with the dildos,” Lind continue. “(Bustillos) said he was molested growing up and said “That’s why I’m like this.’”
“And so I said ‘you were molested growing up so now you are molesting the next generation?’ He said “’es, I guess I am.’ I said ‘so I guess yo don’t care what happens to these kids?’ He said ‘yes, I guess I don’t care.’”
Bustillos is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $3 million bond, although authorities say the plan to add more charges.
