Alexander Koch talks Dean Norris, TV shows as ‘Under the Dome’ season 2 set to return to production
The popular CBS show Under the Dome wrapped up season 1 and will soon begin filming season 2. Young actor Alexander Koch talked with Yahoo TV about landing the role and fun of working on the show.
“It was great that so many people were loving it, but I also loved that people were questioning certain things, changes from the book,” he says. “It made for a good conversation. I’m always talking about my favorite shows with my friends, so it was cool to know people were doing that with [‘Under the Dome’].”
Koch plays Junior, the son of Big Jim Rennie played by Dean Norris of Breaking Bad, which Koch confessed to being a huge fan of: “”I knew better than to try to get spoilers out of him,” 25-year-old actor said.
“But I really love working with Dean. He’s a mentor. He gives great advice. He’s been around and done so many different things, had such a great life as an actor, and he just has such a great [way] about him.”
Creator Stephen King is set to write the first episode back, but official dates have not been announced.
