‘Riddick’ news: New SDCC poster, international trailer, rumors explode over Marvel role
Riddick star Vin Diesel has revealed to fans the official Comic-Con poster for the movie.
Betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet, Riddick (Diesel) fights for survival againstalienpredatorsand becomes morepowerfuland dangerous than ever before. Soon bounty hunters from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick only to find themselves pawns in his greater scheme for revenge.
Diesel also made some headlines when he revealed Marvel requested a meeting, possibly joining the cast for a future film.
While the Internet is bursting with rumors and speculation, this is the most common list:
- Vision: an android, very key to the Avengers universe
- Thanos: perspective villain for Avengers 2 and beyond
- Voice work for a whole list of characters
- Absorbing Man, a villain in both Thor and Avengers’ stories

The third Riddick film also stars Karl Urban, Jordi Molla, Matt Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Bautista, Conrad Pla, Raoul Trujillo, Nolan Funk and Keri Hilson
