Disgusting bus trip: Cockroaches invade New York City-bound Greyhound bus
A bus trip from Atlantic City to New York turned out to be like something off the big screen Friday as some 50 passengers faced the disgusting wrath of an invasion of cockroaches, according to an ABC News report Friday.
Passengers say that about 15 minutes into the trip, roaches started coming out of the vents inside the bus. The foul critters were crawling on seats, windows and even on passengers clothes and hair.
One passenger, Dawn Alexander, told ABC News that there were “to many to count”. “When I say infested, I mean infested”, she proclaimed.
Greyhound issued a statement say the 48 passengers on the bus were being moved to a new bus for the rest of their journey.
“We apologize for this inconvenience and our team will be transporting the first bus back to our garage to investigate the situation and determine its cause,” Greyhound said.
