Zack Ward explains All Sports Market, sports team stock market
While most people may know Zack Ward as the red-headed bully in A Christmas Story or the pot smoking brother on TV’s Titus, the actor has ventured into a new and exciting venture: sports team stock trading.
“It is not gambling,” says Ward, explaining the venture on Dispatch Radio with Brandon Jones, comparing “gambling to investing.”
ASM enables sport fans to become stakeholders in their team’s performance and benefit from potential investment growth as they are educated in the world of finance.
“You earn dividends as the team does well,” he adds, detailing examples of “owning stock” and letting the open market determine the value.
Check out the interview below.
Ward teamed up with former NHL player Bernie Nicholls who have teamed up to launch a platform that allows fans to invest in pro teams. This is the world’s first stock market powered by patent pending blockchain technology, providing unparalleled market transperancy, integrity and customer security.
“It’s a dymanic, constantly moving fanbase,” Ward says later, talking about the emotional ties to teams and how much bigger the sports allegiances are than any other demographic.

Ward‘s role as CEO of the Global Sports Financial Exchange includes scaling ASM as the global market leader in sports finance. ASM currently operates an educational and limited test market through a royalty-free license to The New Sports Economy Institute, a fully registered 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to personal empowerment through sports and finance.
Total market capitalization exceeded $600 million in early September 2017. Motivated by their own love of the game and called the “Holy Grail of Fan Interaction,” ASM builds a stronger fan base, creates taxes at all levels of government and fosters a collateral economy using open source tools just as Steve Jobs did with Apple’s “App Store.”
