Xeljanz Class Action Lawsuit

What is Xeljanz?

Xeljanz is a medication which is manufactured by Pfizer. It is approved for the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Psoriatic arthritis (PSA), Ulcerative colitis (US). These are tablets taken orally. There is a risk of increased blood clots and even death for patients with rheumatoid arthritis when it is prescribed at high doses.

FDA warning against a high dosage of Xeljanz:

FDA has warned about deadly blood clots developing in patients who are taking Xeljanz 10-mg twice daily. The patients with rheumatoid have a higher risk of blood clots in the lungs and even death.
