‘X-Men First Class’ director to produce ‘The Fantastic Four’ reboot
Fox’s “The Fantastic Four” just landed the “X-Men: First Class” director, but don’t overreact, Josh Trank is still the director and Fox slates the film for Spring 2015.

Marvel Comics (Fantastic Four v3 #59)
Deadline reports that Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class) will serve as producer on the film.
Trank directed “Chronicle” and will be working with a script by Jeremy Slater.
Comic creator Mark Millar raved about the script saying, “What I wasn’t expecting actually was just how funny and likeable he could make this as well as getting the more awesome moments on screen – I use awesome in the traditional British sense and not the California sense awesome, you know?”
“The Fantastic Four” will come to theaters March 6, 2015.
