Willie Robertson, wife Korie talk ‘God’s Not Dead’ says ‘message is awesome’
The Robertson family from A&E’s Duck Dynasty won the Faith and Freedom Award for their hit reality television series and now turn their attention to a new faith based film titled: God’s Not Dead.
Willie and Korie play themselves and are “blindsided” by a student in the film asking them about the film. Speaking on the 700 Club, posted in a new March 15 article, “We look at this as an opportunity to spread that faith,” Willie begins as he talks about his Christian beliefs.
“Being a part of this movie was a part of that. What a great movie. Korie and I were able to watch it. It’s a really good movie and I think people will be surprised at how well it’s done and the message is awesome.”
They continue, discussing their role and Willie having to “actually memorize” lines.

The film is directed by Harold Cronk (Jerusalem Countdown, Silver Bells) and also stars Kevin Sorbo (Hercules), David AR White, Shane Harper, Marco Khan and Dean Cain (Adventures of Superman).
