What Entrepreneurs Can Learn From Hari Ravichandran’s Success

Hari Ravichandran, founder, and CEO of a company that develops SaaS items,  iSubscribed, was a successful business owner for several years when he decided to start a new company. Ravichandran’s first business, Endurance International Group, was he built up over the years, beginning as a little consulting startup. Now, as he goes back to the drawing board, the lessons he’s learned along the way are ones new startups can take notice and use.

Ravichandran takes risks during his business endeavors. He doesn’t allow one idea to hinder where he is going and where he wants to go. Finding the true passion for what you are doing is a mantra he follows. He welcomes change and doesn’t run from it. By keeping an open mind, he has made his business into a billion dollar profiting one. Now, he is working towards making it happen with his new one.

Without staying on the path he mapped out for his business, he might not have been as successful as he is today. For new entrepreneurs, money is tight at the beginning. Funding is low and many times any funding at all is coming from your pocket. Ravichandran stayed focused on the long term goals, even in those tough days of little to no money. It is easy to take any and every job when very little amounts of money are being made, but in order to make it to the highest success, as it has with his business, Ravichandran had to turn jobs and other people down. The need to say yes to everything is not a requirement, even if you are a new business.

Culture is all about the nitty, gritty parts of business many new business owners do not consider at all. Things like what the code of conduct will be, creating a positive atmosphere at work, policies and operational properties all fall under culture. Thinking about these things early on in his business has helped Ravichandran build a highly profitable business. He will take all of the same elements and apply them to his new startup, hoping to achieve the same results as Endurance International Group.

New business owners can learn a lot from the mistakes and achievements of Hari. He has set out a smart attack on his businesses that have made him billions.
