Wendy Suarez, Florida Asst Principal hit and killed by car during travel to South Florida

A Bradenton Florida elementary school administrator died in a vehicle crash on Friday.

Police detailed the accident and released Wendy Suarez’s name on Monday. She was the assistant principal at Jessie P. Miller Elementary School in Bradenton.

The principal, Barry Dunn, confirmed details to The Global Dispatch that she was visiting her brother in Jupiter Florida when she exited her vehicle at some point and was struck by another vehicle while trying to walk across a highway.

Authorities have confirmed her car was near a BP Station and they believe she may have gotten lost.
