Watch the international trailer for ‘Thor Ragnarok’
Thor: Ragnarok isn’t set to hit theaters until November, but fans are already buzzing after the intense, bright and interesting initial trailer which confirmed a battle between Chris Hemsworth’s Thor and Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk.
Now Marvel Studios dropped a new international trailer for their third Thor film.
Thor: Ragnarok will center on the God of Thunder, who finds himself imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer, which has been destroyed by Hela. He is in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization, at the hands of the ruthless villain. Borrowing from the Planet Hulk comic book, Thor must survive a deadly gladiator contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger, the Incredible Hulk.
This new trailer is just a re-edit of the original trailer with rapid cuts and keeping the focus on the action.
Thor: Ragnarok will also star Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Karl Urban, Jeff Goldblum, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Jaimie Alexander, Sam Neil, Benedict Cumberbatch and Tessa Thompson.
Kevin Feige is producing with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Thomas M. Hammel and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.
The screenplay is by Craig Kyle & Christopher Yost and Stephany Folsom and Eric Pearson.
Thor: Ragnarok will arrive in theaters on November 3.
