Here’s the trailer for Sony Pictures Animation‘s Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 in which the evolved engineered food does the eating.
It’s directed by Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn from a script by John Francis Daley, Jonathan Goldstein and Erica Rivinoja.
Flint Lockwood and friends are forced to leave their town of Swallow Falls. But when it is discovered that sentient food beasts have overrun the island, they are asked to return to save the world…again.
Bill Hader, Anna Faris, Neil Patrick Harris, Terry Crews, Will Forte, Andy Samberg, Kristen Schaal, and James Caan, among others provide voices for the movie.
Sony will release Cloudy 2 into theaters on September 27th.
