Walter Williams calls for nullification of Obamacare while filling in for Rush Limbaugh

While filling for Rush Limbaugh late last week, George Mason University economics professor, Walter E. Williams made the case that the states could nullify the Affordable Care Act going through a litany of legal and historical reasons.
