Vester Flanagan filmed his shooting attack, posting it on Facebook and then killed himself

Vester Lee Flanagan filmed his murder of two journalists on live television and then broadcast it to the world his Facebook page.

Police located the man, but he resisted the traffic stop, sped off and crashed. He was dead inside the vehicle from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.

Known as Bryce Williams on air, the disgruntled former WDBJ reporter shot and killed Alison Parker and Adam Ward this morning, during a live local broadcast.

“I filmed the shooting,” he posted on Facebook and Twitter.

ABC broke the news that Flanagan sent them a 23-page “Manifesto,” claiming to be the victim of bullying and dscrimmination. He felt marginalized for being a black homosexual and now wanted a “response” to Dylann Roof’s massacre on a black church in South Carolina.

“You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!” ABC quoted from the manifesto.

The video shows the gunman approaching Parker, a WDBJ reporter, and photographer Ward as Parker conducted a routine interview about a local story outside Moneta, Virginia.

Ward’s back is to the gunman. Parker is in profile, and the interviewee is facing the gunman. The shooter appears to take his time aiming the gun, presenting it and then withdrawing it, before composing the angle of his video. He opens fire on Parker first. Both Parker and the interviewee scream.
