Tre Quadrell Scott, third suspect arrested for murder of Angelo Freeman

Police have arrested a third suspect in the murder of Angelo Freeman in Wilmington, North Carolina earlier this month.

Wednesday Wilmington Police located Tre Quadrell Scott, who was wanted in connection with the murder of Angelo Freeman that occurred on October 1, 2013, at his apartment.

Scott was charged with first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and first degree burglary and kidnapping, Capt. Jeff Allsbrook of the Wilmington Police Department told the press.

Previously Ramaj Walker and Nicholas Terrell Bannerman were charged in Freeman’s death.

Walker, 17, was arrested Oct. 10 on Farley Drive. He is being held in New Hanover County jail on no bond. Charges against him include first-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary, attempted first-degree arson, first-degree kidnapping and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Bannerman, 20, was arrested Oct. 3 and is in the jail on no bond. He is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon and arson.

Police confirmed that three guns were recovered from Scott’s apartment leading to two more arrests.

Tyquarious Shaquan Gause is charged with carrying a concealed Weapon and Tamesha Davis is charged with possession of a stolen firearm as a result of the gun seizure.
