TobyMac lands two Grammy nominations

With nods in both the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song categories, six-time GRAMMY® winner TobyMac was honored with two nominations during Monday’s announcements of the 58th Annual GRAMMY® nominations.

TobyMac This is not a test album coverCalled a “masterful mix,” “ a consistent pleasure” and “worthy of repeat,” his nominated album THIS IS NOT A TEST debuted in the No. 4 spot on the Billboard Top 200 while garnering No. 1 on the Christian Albums Chart and No. 3 on the Digital Albums Chart.

“Feel It,” TobyMac’s No. 1 radio hit which scored a music video debut on ESPN Online is among the nominees for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song. The 58th Annual GRAMMY® Awards will be held on Feb. 15, airing live from Los Angeles’ Staples Center on CBS.

The honor comes as the multi-platinum selling artist wraps his headlining THIS IS NOT A TEST tour at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena this Sunday, Dec. 13. For the latest on TobyMac, visit www.tobymac.com.
