Tips That Can Change Your Style
Accessorizing is an art that enhances one’s overall look for any kind of event, so having the right kind of accessory for the event is quite important.
Here’s our guide to looking fabulous and charming and have those fashion points all in your bag.
Accessorizing can include any kind of add-on to your outfit and overall look, like a belt, a piece of jewelry, glasses, and a cardigan and so on. The current trend fluctuates from being minimalistic to going bold and heavy. We have categorized a few events below and with a few tips, you would be good to go and create a style statement:
- Brunch: aah! What a lovely idea to relax and spend some quality time with your close ones. You may dress casually, something like a loose fitting pair of denims, sneakers, plain solid colored tank top or a nice floral maxi dress. To accessorize, you can add a hat, a pair of shades, a bracelet (we would suggest a cuff bracelet, a liquid silver bracelet, or leather bracelet), an overcoat or jacket if it’s not too hot. You may go easy on any type of jewelry pieces and focus on other accessories as mentioned above.
- Office or corporate lunch: being minimalistic but also being bold can be a challenge as you may have to keep a highly formal and professional image in front of your team members. Along with the formal outfit, you can wear a bold colored pair of pumps matching with your lip shade. To accessorize further, a simple chain with a diamond pendant would look quite elegant. And last but not least, a watch could complete your entire formal attire.
- Classy evening party: whether it is a high tea party with the ladies or an inaugural function at the boss’s, you can take the liberty of wearing a body fit dress or an evening maxi dress (although, with a solid color and less prints) with a small clutch. You can look for some subtle jewelry like earrings, lockets, nose rings online shopping portals, or head out to your favorite jeweller and find a piece that would match your outfit. Don’t forget to have a nice cologne.
- Clubbing: After you have picked your outfit for clubbing, keep a medium-sized handbag so that you don’t lose out on your stuff after a couple of drinks. You can wear long neckpieces, rings, bold lip shade and have a funky hairstyle as well. If you are planning to hit the dance floor, choose your footwear wisely.
- Family function: best accessories there would be jewelry, especially if you are trying to impress someone. If you are wearing a wide necked outfit, you can opt for a heavy pair of earrings, and wear a very thin chain, but if you are wearing a heavy neckpiece, then go sober on those earring. If you are wearing a saree, don’t forget to do some nose rings online shopping, and check out their traditional designs as well. However, the best accessory to put up for functions where you are forced to go would be a smile.
