The Truth of Genesis: The ACLU & News Media Are Telling Falsehoods to the Public

The ACLU tells falsehoods to the public, and the news media is either knowingly passing it on, or are reporting in ignorance of the law.   They say that teaching Creationism is unconstitutional, but that is a boldface lie.  Teaching Creationism is completely lawful, and is protected by the Constitution. What the U.S. Supreme Court struck down was the requirement of the teaching of Creation Science (young Earth Creationism) whenever and where ever the theory of evolution was being taught.  Citing Edwards v. Aguillard, 482 U.S. 578 (1987), it was a case in which Louisiana was requiring that “young Earth” Creationism be taught whenever, and where ever evolution was being taught.

However, Creation Science is a (foolish) denomination of Creationism, just as Christianity has various denominations, such as Baptist, Catholic, Episcopalian, Lutheran, etc.  Creation Science did not address the fossil record issue, and actually denied that there even was a 600 million year history of life on Earth. Therefore, the ruling was against the faction of Creation Science (not other factions of creationism) being required to be taught in public schools.

Current Creationism has other branches, such as Day/Age, Theistic Evolution, Progressive, Gap theory, etc.  These are all forms of “old Earth” Creationism, which teach false doctrine, and they misrepresent the Genesis text.  They call God a liar, denying Exodus 20:11, and do not understand the Genesis text.  They are grasping for straws, trying to defend (in their infidel mind) the truth of the Bible.
In October 2004, the Dover Area School District, in Pennsylvania, changed its biology teaching curriculum to require that intelligent design be presented as an alternative to evolution theory.  This was the Tammy Kitzmiller, et al. v. Dover Area School District, et al. (400 F. Supp. 2d 707, Docket no. 4cv2688) case.  I wrote to the Dover Area school board, asking them to drop the inept teaching of Intelligent Design, and teach the truth of Genesis (“Observations of Moses”) alongside of evolution, and I would help defend them against the ACLU.  Intelligent Design does not explain the fossil and geologic records of Earth, and is a waste of classroom time.  But just like all other school boards, they ignored me.
Ok.  Fine. They chose to be fools (like many state legislators, dancing to the tune of the Discovery Institute), and it cost them.  They lost the case, and lost their jobs, and it cost the school district over $1 million in damages and court costs, and (lousy) attorney fees.
The religion of Atheism is promoted in public schools, all across America, using public funds, which is unconstitutional.  The atheists deny that Atheism is a religion, but it is, and is recognized as such by the U.S. Supreme Court.  Citing Torcaso v. Watkins, 367 U.S. 488 (1961), “We repeat and again reaffirm that neither a State nor the Federal Government can constitutionally force a person [to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion.] Neither can constitutionally pass laws or impose requirements which aid all religions as against non-believers, and neither can aid those religions based on a belief in the existence of God as against those religions founded on different beliefs.
Citing Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954), in the opinion of the court, delivered by Chief Justice Warren, “We conclude that, in the field of public education, the doctrine of “separate but equal” has no place.”   The separatists expect our children to learn the conclusions of science concerning Earth’s ancient past in public school, and for those that will, learn what Genesis says only in a theological setting, concerning the same subject matter. 
 An atheistic monopoly in school (segregation of information) impresses upon the students that one explanation is considered reality, and the other a fantasy.  If only one explanation is “approved” by the government or state school board, and any other (valid) explanation excluded, then the state is willfully entangling itself in matters of religion, in which they should not be involved!!  Exclusion of any other explanation of the geologic and fossil data in schools constitutes censorship, and proselytizes for the religion of Atheism, supported by public funds.
Citing U.S. Supreme Court case, Lemon v. Kurtzman, 403 U.S. 602 (1971), the Court’s decision in this case established the “Lemon test”, which details the requirements for legislation concerning religion. It consists of three prongs:
1. The government’s action must have a secular legislative purpose;
2. The government’s action must not have the primary effect of either advancing or inhibiting religion;
3. The government’s action must not result in an “excessive government entanglement” with religion.
By only allowing humanist explanations in public schools, the religion of Atheism is advanced, and all theism is inhibited, thereby failing the Lemon test.  How often do students first attend biology classes, believing in a Deity, and are then brainwashed into accepting the concepts of Atheism?  If both explanations are kept separate, aren’t they then unequal?  Public schools must not make Deity existence decisions for students. Science teachers must not have a “license to lie” about the history of Earth.
The ONLY correct opposing view to the evolution theory is the “Observations of Moses”.  Everything else, concerning our origins and history, that current Creationism and Theology teaches, is false…, foolish…, and misrepresents the Bible!

    In the begining there was only chaos. Then out of the void appeared Erebus, the unknowable place where death dwells, and Night. All else was empty, silent, endless, darkness. Then somehow Love was born bringing a start of order. From Love came Light and Day. Once there was Light and Day, Gaea, the earth appeared.
    Then Erebus slept with Night, who gave birth to Ether, the heavenly light, and to Day the earthly light. Then Night alone produced Doom, Fate, Death, Sleep, Dreams, Nemesis, and others that come to man out of darkness.

    These stories should probably be taught in school too.

    When you are ignored by so many organizations, just maybe, you could be wrong. But lets investigate your evidence. The bible says that the bible is true. Well there you go, I need no more convincing.

      People flock to a lie, but will go out of their way to avoid the truth. If the Clergy and Academia would see what is available, and then declare it non-sense, then their position would be valid. But as of now, they both run for the hills before ever examining the truth of Genesis. That’s when you know that Satan has blinded their eyes, and when the blind lead the blind, they both fall in the ditch.

        But there are many people that have examined the ‘truth of genesis’ and declared it non-sense. You can Google these people and the methods they used to come to these conclusions. You accept the bible is literally true. You have to suspend reality to accept the bible as literally true. People who suspend reality are delusional. My problem with bible interpretation is that there is no way to ascertain who is right. You might say there is no conflict with the two creations stories. I say there is. I can’t believe that a god would publish that bible as inerrant.
