Strange Dutch TV show features cannibalism as hosts eat each other’s flesh

Two Dutch television-show hosts have claimed to have eaten each others flesh. The meat, cooked medium rare. According to a report on ABCNews.com, Dennis Storm and his co-host Valerio Zeno, got a piece of flesh removed from their left butt cheek and abdomen respectively.

“The chef cooked it in a frying pan with sunflower oil,” Storm told ABCNews.com. “We didn’t add any salt or pepper because we wanted to know what it tasted like.”

The bizarre stunt was part of a TV show on BNN called Proefkonijnen – meaning ‘Guinea Pigs’ – in which they try to answer ‘stupid questions’ by undergoing unusual challenges.

The show airs on on Bart’s Neverending Network in the Netherlands.

“The punchline of the show is to get really simple answers on stupid questions, such as, ‘Can you shave with ketchup’ or ‘can you drive blind?’” Storm said. “And we wanted to find out how human flesh tasted.”

The bizarre episode airs Wednesday in the Netherlands.
