‘Star Wars’ spin-off on Han Solo may star Aaron Paul, who speaks out
Star Wars rumors are so common now, it’s actually difficult to keep things straight Episode VIII set to follow Star Wars: The Force Awakens and at least two spin-off projects are confirmed. According to MakingStarWars.com, the codename for the spinoff is “Luminac Industrial Goods” and center on a Young Han Solo with Aaron Paul as the lead.
“The new film will be about a young Han Solo and Aaron Paul wants to be attached “in some fashion”, although not necessarily playing Han,” their article notes.
They added that “The filming will eventually overlap with some of Star Wars Episode VIII” and, as they noted previously, the project will move into Pinewood once the James Bond film, Spectre, is done with production.
The Breaking Bad star took to Twitter to comment.

Collider reported that “Gareth Edwards’ Star Wars spin-off would be a heist film in the vein of The Dirty Dozen, and featuring bounty hunters stealing the plans for the Death Star.”
The film will open in theaters in 3D on December 16, 2016.
