Senator Rand Paul introduces National Right to Work bill

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul introduced the National Right to Work Act, S. 204 Thursday, which seeks to preserve and protect the free choice of individual employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, or to refrain from such activities.

“Every American worker deserves the right to freedom of association – and I am concerned that the 26 states that allow forced union membership and dues infringes on these workers’ rights,” Sen. Paul said. “Right to work laws ensure that all Americans are given the choice to refrain from joining or paying dues to a union as a condition for employment. Nearly 80 percent of all Americans support the principles and so I have introduced a national Right to Work Act that will require all states to give their workers the freedom to choose.”

Ron Paul: ‘Right To Work Laws Simply Prohibit Coercion’

Mark Mix, president of the National Right to Work Committee, said: “We’re extremely pleased that Senator Paul has introduced the National Right to Work Act, intensifying a growing debate about labor law and worker freedom in our country.”

Sen. Paul’s Right to Work Act does not add a single word to existing federal law, it simply deletes forced unionism provisions in federal law.

Texas is one of the Wealthiest States in the United States. Our natural resources alone makes us a wealthy State.

As recently as 2010, Texas tied with Mississippi as the state with the largest percentage of its workers earning minimum
    wage.

Texas is and has been a “Right to Work” State for decades.Texas is also an anti-union State.

    The Tea-Party didn’t create “Right to Work” laws.Thats Conservative ideology.The Tea-Party didn’t invent the Union “busting” agenda.That is also a Conservative concept.The Tea-Party didn’t dream up “trickle down economics”.Thats a Conservative nightmare.

Tea-Nuts are Nuts but Conservatism is immoral and wrong.Wrong in areas that go beyond the issues of Gays,Abortion,Race,Contraceptives and Immigration.

    Corporate Fascist.

“An imbalance between rich and poor is the oldest and most fatal ailment of all republics.”-Plutarch,a Greek Historian.

“Once you realize that trickle down economics doesn’t work, you will see the excessive tax cuts for the rich as what they are–a simple upward redistribution of income, rather than a way to make all of us richer,as we were told”–Ha-Joon Chang(Faculity of Economics,University of Cambridge)

Since Reaganomics was introduced the the top 2%’s income has increased 275%,the middle-class income has increased 17% while the working poors income has increased a whopping 11%.Reaganomics was a Declaration of War.Class War.They have been redistributing the Wealth from the middle-class to the Bloated Filthy Rich.We sure and the hell didn’t start the war but by God we have shown up for the battle.

“The liberty of Democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it comes stronger than their democratic state itself. That,in its essence,is fascism-Ownership of government by an individual,or by a group.”-Franklin D.Roosevelt

“We are not attacking the corporations, but endeavoring to do away with any evil in them.We are not hostile to them;we are merely determined that they shall be so handled as to SUBSERVE the public good.We draw the line against misconduct, not against wealth.-Theodore Roosevelt(State of the Union,1902)

Corporate Fascism is the problem and the Conservative ideology supports it.
