SDCC 2016: Warner unveils the new ‘Wonder Woman’ poster

Attendees of San Diego Comic-Con 2016 will witness the premiere the first full trailer for the upcoming Wonder Woman movie.

After a highly touted debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman will get her own film and shared a new poster for the film with her social media followers. Check it out below.

Collider described it as “a gorgeous piece of work. The image highlights her famous costume and though part of me isn’t entirely comfortable with the fact that the image blacks out her face and focuses entirely on her figure, the poster is nevertheless eye-catching in its use of color and shadow.”

Gadot stars alongside Star Trek Beyond‘s Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner, and Saïd Taghmaoui.

Scripted by Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg, Wonder Woman hits theaters nationwide on June 2nd, 2017.
