“I have the worst of the worst”, a man tells Amanda Waller, played by Viola Davis, referring to the gallery of villains in prison and becomes this motley crew of a team.

A series of images center on Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, and Cara Delevingne as Enchantress.

Killer Croc Suicide SquadThere is a quick reveal of a cloaked Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) and Katana (Karen Fukuhara) swinging her swords before the big reveal — The Joker.

“I’m not gonna kill ya!”Jared Leto’s Joker says. “I’m just gonna hurt ya, really, really bad,” with an incredible insane look and a pair of jumper cables in his hands.

The teaser is a basic synopsis of the film, just offering enough of a look at each character and confirming the tone of the film to excite fans.

Suicide Squad also stars Scott Eastwood, Ike Barinholtz, Parrack, Adam Beach and Common. Ben Affleck as Batman will make an appearance.

Suicide Squad arrives in theaters on August 5, 2016.

[…] Check out one of the pics below. Production on the film has wrapped and now the cast is discussing certain aspects of the new film. “What he’s doing with the character is so cool. At first it was kind of confronting (to be up close) but now I’m so used to it, I think if I ever saw him out of makeup now I would be really confused,” Robbie told theNew York Daily News about Leto’s Joker. “Actually, I saw him out of makeup once and I was actually petrified of him. I was too scared to go up and didn’t know who that person was, and when he got back into his makeup I was far more comfortable.” Directed and written by Ayer (Fury) and features an all-star cast which also includes Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Joel Kinnaman, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, and Karen Fukahara. Ben Affleck is making an appearance as Batman and/or Bruce Wayne, but there is no word on what that will actually be.
