Robert Downey Jr offers a lucky fan a set visit to ‘Avengers Infinity War’, shows off ‘alien’ set
Robert Downey Jr. is offering one lucky fan the chance to visit the set of Avengers: Infinity War, and the promo video shows off a bloodied Tony Stark on what appears to be an alien landscape set.
As part of an Omaze charity campaign, the Iron Man star offers one fan, and a guest, the chance to pay a visit to the set of Avengers: Infinity War.
Donations range from $10 to $7,500 for a signed piece of concept art and a winner will be chosen at random.
The video promoting this competition shows a bloodied Stark on the movie’s set alongside Tom Holland as Spider-Man.
The quick shots in the video show some sort of alien planet and this may cement rumors of Spidey having a bigger role with the Avengers, battling Thanos in space. Check out the clip below.
Avengers: Infinity War has an expansive cast, which will not be complete here: Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, and Josh Brolin as the villain Thanos.
Avengers: Infinity War is described by Marvel Studios as the culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man in 2008. The movie is filming now under directors Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
Avengers: Infinity War and its as-yet-untitled sequel are filming back-to-back for a May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019 release, respectively.
