Rebecca Da Costa talks ‘The Bag Man,’ working with Robert De Niro, John Cusack
Famous Brazilian model turned actress Rebecca Da Costa discussed her latest film, The Bag Man, with The Global Dispatch.
“It was mindblowing,” she says of working with her co-stars Robert De Niro and John Cusack. Adding more details of their personalities and helping her as an actress, Da Costa details an improv moment on set which makes the final version of the film.
She opens up about the creative process, working with director David Grovic and even her hair color.
Moving from modeling to acting, Da Costa discusses what things she’s learned and carries with her today, as well as, reflects on her previous films: Free Runner, 7 Below (co-stars with Val Kilmer, Ving Rhames) and the film Breaking at the Edge.
She plays a pregnant women thrust into a battle with a supernatural entity, co-starring with Andie McDowell and Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes, Mob City.)
Da Costa is passionate about helping out and working with charities help those suffering from HIV as well as kids born with autism.
