Rae Stabosz, grandmother attacked outside Planned Parenthood says she prays outside the clinic VIDEO
A woman who was attacked outside of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Delaware on Wednesday said in a March 17 article on The Blaze that she prays outside of the facility and details the attack.

Rae Stabosz began filming as an ambulance pulls up at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Wilmington, Delaware and narrates about the facility before a woman rushes out, slaps the phone away, stomps on it and injures her leg. You can barely hear the woman state: “I’ll call you in an hour when I’m in jail.”
Stabosz told The Blaze she prays there regularly with a group and the Catholic woman said the attacker left in a car before police arrived, but she did get the license plate number. She says she has “pain in her head and down her leg and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital…” suffering “contusions but no broken bones from when her attacker pushed and knocked her backward.”
“She came out of Planned Parenthood and she was very angry,” Stabosz,age 63 said. “[She said] ‘I’m going to mess you up so f–king bad.”
“I believe this person may be trying to — ” Staboszs says in the video just before she’s abruptly cut off as the woman slaps her iPhone out of her hand. The woman appears to stomp on the phone after it lands on the ground. You can hear Staboszs yelling and the woman is heard saying, “Get the f–k away.”
Police told the woman on Friday that they still haven’t located the woman.
What grounds would you have to sue the news source for telling the truth?
I would like the portion of this video that displays thee alleged attackers face taken off of your website or you will be included in futher legal action.
Since so many think that it is ok for a persons privacy to be violated simply because Mrs. Stabosz was on a public sidewalk then me posting her information is ok as well since it is available through public information sites.
