Possible Main Event for WWE SummerSlam 2019
WWE SummerSlam will take place on the 11th August 2019 live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.
So far, 9 astonishing matches have been confirmed for WWE SummerSlam, however, the main event of the pay-per-view is yet to be known to the WWE Universe.
New Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, and SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Bayley have all been confirmed to defend their titles at WWE SummerSlam. On the other hand, the likes of Kevin Owens, Shane McMahon, and the returning Trish Stratus will also be appearing at WWE SummerSlam 2019.
With so many big names already confirmed for WWE SummerSlam 2019, it will be interesting to note what the main event of the show turns out to be. So far, WWE is yet to announce an official main event for the SummerSlam but several WWE Rumors have suggested that we could potentially have a Universal Championship match between Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins as our main event for ‘The Biggest Party of the Summer’.
The options for a mouthwatering SummerSlam main event is endless and with WWE Champion Kofi Kingston defending his title against arch-rival Randy Orton, a rivalry 9 years in the making, we could possibly witness those two lock horns in the main event of WWE SummerSlam 2019.
Former Universal Champion Kevin Owens has recently stepped up against Shane McMahon’s on-screen shenanigans on TV and has agreed to put his WWE career on the line against the self-proclaimed ‘Best in the World’ at WWE SummerSlam. With such high stakes on the line, notable WWE Rumors have also suggested that Owens and McMahon also could possibly close out WWE SummerSlam 2019.
The highly awaited in-ring debut of ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt could also feature in the main event of WWE SummerSlam against Finn Balor. Or, WWE could possibly book the returning Hall of Famer Trish Stratus in the main event of WWE SummerSlam against Charlotte Flair.
As of right now, the WWE Rumors are pretty much running wild and it will be interesting to note which match features as the main event of WWE’s second-biggest show of the year, after WrestleMania. The WWE Universe definitely needs to tune in for WWE SummerSlam 2019 which takes place in one week’s time.
