Police charge Adan David Diaz Jr, age 17, of murdering sister’s boyfriend, Juan Quesada-Acuna
Detectives have arrested a 17-year-old boy and charged him with the murder of his sister’s 36-year-old boyfriend.

The boy, Adan David Diaz Jr, is accused of fatally shooting Juan Quesada-Acuna while he was sitting in a vehicle with the boy’s sister Friday night.
The car was parked in Diaz’s front yard at their home in Dade City. Detectives have not given the age of the sister or offered a motive.
The boy used a 9mm handgun and has been charged with first-degree murder, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said.
“There’s constantly shooting going on over there. Just constant. You don’t know where these bullets are going. You’re afraid of them falling on your head,” neighbor Dale Kirby told WTSP. “It’s not the first shooting to happen here. It’s the second in the last couple years. It’s a little scary from time to time. You never know what’s going to happen at the house.”
Adan Diaz Jr.’s family didn’t want to talk to press. Neighbors say he attends Pasco High School and rides the bus with their kids.
