‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ won’t lose Kaya Scodelario to injury, fake whale on set

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales star Kaya Scodelario’s recent injury may prove to a big problem for the production and Disney’s prized Johnny Depp-led franchise.

According to Perth Now, Scodelario sustained a serious shoulder injury last week, falling on set. Two months ago, Depp, who returns as Captain Jack Sparrow injured his hand.

Following her accident, Scodelario was spotted leaving her hotel with a sling attached to her left arm. This has led fans to further speculate that she could be leaving the franchise for good.

However, it has been confirmed that no such thing will happen because after Scodelario fully recovers from her accident, she will return as usual to filming her scenes on Pirates of the Caribbean 5.
