The slow moving tropical storm, Debby, has dumped tons of rain on the Florida area as is crawls along the west coast of the Sunshine State.
While there has been one death reportedly connected to Debby, the storm has caused a lot of flooding problems for residents, winds have taken down trees and caused several roads to close due to water.

Parking lots and side streets are full of standing water as officials race to clear highways. The storm rests off of the west coast, moving at a slow 3MPH.
