Peter O’Meara discusses ‘Love/Hate,’ season 4 filming, ‘Traders,’ ‘Beautiful Ones’ and ‘Band of Brothers’

Fans may still remember and associate Peter O’Meara with Band of Brothers, but he’s got two new films coming and enjoying a great role on the show Love/Hate. O’Meara talked with The Global Dispatch/Dispatch Radio about these projects and reflected on the popular World War II miniseries.

PeterO'Meara-1While Love/Hate season 1 is available on Netflix, the Irish crime drama is filming its fourth season and O’Meara discusses his character (Andrew) and the appeal of the show.

A dark thriller and another crime drama are in store for the Irish star as Traders and Beautiful Ones are the next two films for O’Meara and previews both films.

While reflecting on Band of Brothers, O’Meara looks back fondly at “capturing lightning in a bottle” and holds sincere appreciation for the real life soldiers from “Easy” Company.

Lastly, the interview was able to backtrack to O’Meara’s roots: on stage back in Ireland – a similar start as Liam Neeson. O’Meara confesses his love of the stage and missing that personal interaction from performing live.
