Patton Oswalt joins Timothy Olyphant for ‘Justified’ season 4
Comedian Patton Oswalt may be stepping into a dramatic role as a reoccurring character on “Justified.”
TV Line announced that Oswalt will appear as Bob Sweeney, a local constable “who went to high school with Raylan Givens (lead actor Timothy Olyphant) and has been hired to watch Arlo’s (that would be Raylan’s dad) house”.
Sweeney is rumored to be the “guy in town with one football tale from his glory days – that he tells ad nauseum – but he will, seemingly, come in handy when he helps Raylan catch a bail jumper.”
Oswalt is probably best known for his role on the comedy ‘The King of Queens’, but he has also appeared in recurring roles on ‘Reno 911!’, ‘Caprica’ and ‘United States of Tara’.
He was the lead voice in the Pizar’s animated film ‘Ratatouille ‘.
