‘Overhaulin’ season finale to remake 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air
‘OVERHAULIN’ hosts Chip Foose, Chris Jacobs, Arianny Celeste and the A-Team took their talents to SEMA Show 2014 in Las Vegas for the season finale of OVERHAULIN’, which will world premiere on Velocity Tuesday, February 10 at 9 PM ET/PT.
Velocity’s fan-favorite car fabrication series travelled to the 2014 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show – the world’s largest car show – this past November.
With a little help from their friends Mike Brewer of WHEELERS DEALERS, and Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kaufman of Discovery Channel’s FAST N’ LOUD the A-Team overhauled a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air at the SEMA Show for its lucky owner. The 50-year-old Bel Air had fallen into serious disrepair before Foose and OVERHAULIN’ agreed to bring it back to life in front of a live audience at the SEMA Show. Upon completion the car was unveiled to the owner for the first time during SEMA Ignited, the association’s official after party that celebrated the world’s most unique vehicles from the 2014 SEMA Show.
OVERHAULIN’ is TV’s longest running automotive restoration show that executes incredible car makeovers for deserving owners and reinforces the strong emotional connection between man and machine. In each episode, Foose combines his incredible originality, artistic abilities and amazing automotive knowledge to deliver life-altering surprises for worthy car owners. Viewers will witness the restoration process from start to finish – from the set-up, to the strip down, to the incredible surprise – all with the unmistakable stamp of a Foose design.
