Oregon police searching for ‘Portland Pooper’

Portland police are seeking the public’s health to identified and apprehend the public pooper, spotted doing his business outside of the same office building several times this month.

Oregon’s mystery man was caught on camera excreting outside the building, with toilet paper in hand, so many times a business owner spread fliers around the city asking for help catching the “Portland Pooper,” KOIN reports.

“I think it’s really gross and shocking,” Britni Smith said to the media outlet. “I don’t know what to say about it.”

Police say the man could get charges for offensive littering and disorderly conduct dumped on him if and when he’s caught.

Bugs Bunny explosion photo“I find it interesting that he has toilet paper with him, it’s very pre-planned,” Catrina Salazar, who works nearby at Phix Hair Studio, told KOIN 6 News. “You just don’t really know what to expect around here. People, they like do their own thing, they kind of march to the beat of their own drum.”

Police have no leads on who the pooper is and “are hoping to get a statement from someone who may recognize him,” Portland Police Sgt. Greg Stewart told the Daily News on Saturday.

It’s unclear if the pooper is targeting the office building for any particular reason, but his illegal relief “is not an issue of toilet access,” Stewart said.

Stewart said police have not determined how many times the pooper has pooped at the same spot, or if his pooping has spread elsewhere.
