Official synopsis for ‘Marvel’s Most Wanted’ as pilot set

The Agents of SHIELD spinoff is getting just a little bit closer to being a reality with Delroy Lindo cast as Dominic Fortune and an official synopsis for the show: Marvel’s Most Wanted.

The new series will center on Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood), both joined Agents of SHIELD in season two.
Adrianne Palicki Bobbi Agents of SHIELD season 2According to Deadline’s official list of pilots, Marvel’s Most Wanted:

Centers on Bobbi Morse (a.k.a. Mockingbird) and Lance Hunter of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., two ex-spies and ex-spouses who are on the run with no friends, no S.H.I.E.L.D. and a long list of enemies looking to claim a bounty on their heads. Able to trust no one but each other, Bobbi and Hunter form an uneasy alliance with Dominic Fortune, a rogue adventurer with a wealth of resources and even more adversaries, who agrees to protect them so long as they help him with his own agenda. These two heroes will help anyone in need, all while trying to uncover the conspiracy that put their own lives in jeopardy.

This new summary calls the future events on Agents of SHIELD into question, how the two of them will go on the run. Moreover, the show could be a link to events of Captain America: Civil War.

Even if Marvel’s Most Wanted doesn’t work out, the characters will likely be welcomed back at Agents of SHIELD.

The pilot for Marvel’s Most Wanted is expected to begin filming soon, and a series order is contingent on how ABC feels about the pilot episode.
