New ‘Legend of Tarzan’ showcases Alexander Skarsgard as ‘King of the Jungle’
A new trailer for David Yates’ The Legend of Tarzan has landed and offers a ton of new footage.
True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard plays titular character with Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street, Harley Quinn in the upcoming Suicide Squad) as Jane.

A ton of action, powerful drama and conflict is all teased as Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson also star.
The story involves an origin story, setting up how Tarzan, having acclimated to life in London, is called back to his former home in the jungle to investigate the activities at a mining encampment.
The Legend of Tarzan opens in theaters on July 1, 2016.
