NBC begins production on ‘Constantine,’ first look at Matt Ryan in costume
NBC’s new show Constantine went into production with a couple of new photos posted on Slates for Sarah.
Production crews from around the world have posted photos to Slates for Sarah, a Facebook page devoted to Sarah Jones, the camera assistant who died in an accident on set in February.
Filming in Atlanta, this is fans first look at Matt Ryan in costume as Constantine, the “enigmatic and irreverent con man-turned-reluctant supernatural detective who is thrust into the role of defending us against dark forces from beyond.”
Ryan totally looks the part, minus a cigarette.
Neil Marshall (The Descent) is directing the pilot from a script by Daniel Cerone (The Mentalist). Cerone developed the story with David S. Goyer (Man of Steel).
