Naressa Turner, St Paul woman turns up dead behind church, may have been witness in murder case
A body of a woman, age, 20, was foud behind a St. Paul church and police report that her family says she may have witnessed a murder.

Naressa Turner was allegedly receiving death threats over social media sites have witnessing a murder earlier this year. She moved to Atlanta with her 3-year-old daughter this summer.
“She was afraid for her life,” ner aunt Tara Green said. “This was the kind of violence she was trying to avoid. She wanted to get away,” Green said. “I don’t know why she came back. I do know that I wish she hadn’t.”
“It’s crazy; it started with a rumor on Facebook,” said Cario Turner, her uncle. “She said it was just rumors and that she didn’t see anything.”
Police aren’t sure what led to the shooting, but they don’t believe it was random.
“We don’t have any suspects in custody at this time and we are trying to figure out who, if anybody, was in the vehicle with her at the time,” St. Paul police spokesman Howie Padilla said.
