Discussing the tour with The Global Dispatch, frontman Mike Donehey describes the show as “Amazing!”
“The best part about it is that all the bands are friends,” discussing egos and problems in the music industry, but describes the line-up as “beautiful people.”
Tenth Avenue North part of a lineup which includes Newsboys, Lecrae, Colton Dixon, Thousand Foot Krutch, PLUMB, NewSong, Love & The Outcome, Everfound, Derek Minor & Speaker Nick Hall.
Donehey reflected on the band’s experience in “Jam Church,” performing in the rain at Rock the Universe and even working on music for the next album.
More interesting is Donehey detailing his tragic injury which led him to play guitar and how pain, being broken and finding refuge in the Lord is a driver behind many of their songs.
