MegaCon 2019: Michael J Fox, ‘Back to the Future’ cast set for Meet and Greet

Fan Expo has announced more additions for the upcoming Orlando Conention that will infuse excitement and overwhelming nostalgia for fans everywhere. Joining the already phenomenal headliners, ‘Back to the Future’ start Michael J. Fox was recently added, along with his costars Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, Tom Wilson and James Tolkan.

Michael J. Fox is an actor, author, producer and activist. Fox starred in the critically acclaimed trilogy, Back to the Future in the 1970s, and later expanded his roles to television sitcoms. Known for his portrayal in roles such as Mike Flaherty on ABCs Spin City (1996-2000) and Alex P. Keaton on American sitcom Family Ties, he has won five Primetime Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, a Grammy Award and two Sceen Actors Guild Awards. After his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, Fox set his acting career on hold and created the Michasel J. Fox Foundation, and was given an honoris causa doctorate by Sweden’s Karolinska Institute as an advocate to researching a cure.

Alongside Fox, co-stars Christopher Lloyd and Tim Wilson will be returning to Florida after previous appearances at fellow conventions over the last few years. Lea Thompson, who portrays’ Lorraine Blaines, Fox’s mother in the ‘Back to the Future’ films, and the well-known principal, James Tolkan, will without a doubt be introduced in group panels to encompass the full effect for fans everywhere.
