Mansfield Man, Terry Gutshall Arrested for Child Pornography
Mansfield Resident Agency, Mansfield Police Department, and the United States Attorney’s Office – Northern District of Ohio, announce the arrest of Terry D. Gutshall, 41 years old, of Mansfield, Ohio.
Law enforcement executed a federal search warrant at Gutshall’s residence in Mansfield, Ohio on October 30, 2018, pursuant to an approximate three-month investigation. The investigation had revealed that numerous images/videos of child pornography were being downloaded and shared by a specified IP address, that IP address was identified as belonging to Terry D. Gutshall.

Gutshall was taken into custody without incident upon conclusion of the executed search warrant. Gutshall has been federally charged with receiving, possessing, and/or distributing child pornography.
Gutshall is scheduled to appear in U.S. Magistrate Judge David Ruiz’s courtroom today, October 31, 2018, for an initial appearance.
A complaint is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. The defendant is entitled to a fair trial in which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
