Lindsey Stirling brings the ‘Warmer in the Winter Tour’ to Tampa’s Straz Center on November 24

With her cinematic approach to electronic dance music, multi-talented virtuoso Lindsey Stirling’s popularity as one of the most innovative music-makers catapulted her to the highest-ranked female on YouTube. Her 2012 debut album Shatter Me ranked No. 1 on Billboard’s year-end Classical Chart and No. 2 on its Dance/Electronic Music Chart. Her album, Brave Enough, featured collaborations with EDM superstar Zedd, Rivers Cuomo of Weezer and Christina Perri. She returns this holiday season to perform songs from her new Christmas album for the Warmer in the Winter Tour.

Fast-emerging indie pop duo Alexander Jean, comprised of Mark Ballas (Stirling’s dance partner on season 25 of Dancing with the Stars) and BC Jean (writer of Beyoncé’s “If I Were a Boy”) are not only musical partners, but romantic as well. The pair – whose stage name derives from a combination of their middle names – met and started collaborating in 2012. Their debut single, the power-pop ballad “Roses and Violets,” hit No. 1 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart after the song was featured on Dancing with the Stars, and paved the way for their debut EP, Head High, in 2016, and their second EP, High Enough, in 2017.
