Libertarian candidate Adrian Wyllie talks Florida governor race, sees a shifts towards ‘libertarian philosophies’
The recent poll on the Florida governor race showed Charlie Crist ahead of Rick Scott 41-29% with an unlikely candidate in third: Adrian Wyllie.

Adrian Wyllie gaining ground in the Florida race for governor? The most recent poll indicates “Yes”
At 8.7% Libertarian candidate Wyllie appears to be surging in the polls. He took time out to discuss the campaign, race and appeal to both parties during an interview with Dispatch Radio.
“…we are effective in getting the message out there,” Wyllie explained. “And I think that number will continue to grow.”
The election is well over a year away, November 4, 2014, but Wyllie says the political landscape is changing.
“We are also seeing a shift towards libertarian philosophies, so just the fact that people having that third option on there, having that libertarian option on there, is something the people are excited to see…”
Described as a “true grassroots” campaign, Wyllie revels in contrasting himself to the big budget mainstream campaigns, likely a “100 million a piece.”
With the margin of error Wyllie easily exceeds the 10% benchmark required to be included in certain debates and polls, so the LP candidate is confident that momentum will continue.
