Kentucky State Police identified Joseph Davidson as the man found shot and set on fire in an abandoned barn on Mount Zion Road Tuesday afternoon. They added that a juvenile has been arrested for the heinous crime.

Davidson, 18, of Upton, was shot three times before being set on fire, according to Trooper Nick Hale with Kentucky State Police.

Hale has confirmed that Davidson was identified by his dental records and that the juvenile was charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse, but is now 18 years old, committing the crime when he was minor.

The identity of the man in custody has not been revealed.
