Katie Cassidy discusses ‘Arrow’ season 2 love triangle, new film ‘The Scribbler’
While promoting her new film, The Scribbler, actress Katie Cassidy spoke about the second half of Arrow, the love triangle between her Arrow character Laurel Lance, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards).
“I don’t know. I guess there’s that possibility but in the sense of you have “Oliver and you have Tommy and ‘Oliver and Laurel’ and I think at the end of the day, Oliver and Laurel are meant to be. They’re each others ‘ideally’ first and hopefully at some point, each others lasts. No one can really ever compare to Oliver the way that Laurel sees him and I think Oliver feels the same way about Laurel. So Felicity may be there, it may be a fling, I have no idea, but you know, ‘Bring it, Felicity!’ [laughs]. Laurel has got this.”
Speaking to Inside Pulse, Cassidy touched on Arrow season 2 and what’s in store for Laurel Lance.
Katie also briefly touches on her upcoming film, an adaptation of the graphic novel The Scribbler which co-stars Michelle Trachtenberg and Eliza Dushku.
Arrow returns from mid-season break on January 15th. The Scribbler will be released May 1, 2014.

I was shocked to see Katie Cassidy looking so thin, especially in the face, in this new season. She looked so much better last season. I thought perhaps she was ill or something. Can anyone clarify? Perhaps she thinks she looks good, but she has a skeleton face now, such a shame…
