‘Justified’ season 6 in production, first photo features Timothy Olyphant
The popular FX drama Justified heads into their final season and THR released the first photo and insight in their June The Hollywood Reporter magazine.
The article features a scene with Timothy Olyphant in character as Raylan Givens at the US Marshal’s office: “If it doesn’t have to do with beaches or sunny skies, there’s nothing more for me to see.”
Olyphant and the show have become something great, but season six will indeed be the last. Exec producer Fred Golan notes Olyphant’s input and experience in the article, “You’d be foolish not to listen to him.”
“I want to see it slow down,” Olyphant said of season 6, noting “in the end, it has to come down to Ava and Boyd and Raylan” and their families. All of which was part of the climax in season 5.
“Those three people, at the end of this season, they’re all in big trouble.”
Season six will indeed be the end of Justified, but details have emerged about filming or a premiere target date.
