‘Justice League’ concept art, Green Lantern Corps details and first look at Cyborg

In an effort to hype DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League on The CW, Warner Bros. Pictures unveiled a piece of Justice League concept art featuring the whole team standing together (with Green Lantern notably adsent), giving fans a first look at what Ray Fisher and Ezra Miller may look like as Cyborg and The Flash, respectively.

Check out the Justice League concept art below!

Green Lantern was a topics during the DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League special that aired on The CW, DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns confirmed to Kevin Smith that the upcoming Justice League films will include the intergalactic police force otherwise known as The Green Lantern Corps. Per Johns:

“We’ve been to the bottom of the ocean, we’ve been to ancient Greek mythology, we’ve been to the past and future with the Flash, we’ve been to the digital world with Cyborg.  We still got to go to space. So the Green Lanterns and the Green Lantern Corps are coming to join the Justice League universe.”

Cyborg is also part of this team. Johns explained a bit about the character:

“Victor Stone is an athlete, whose father is scientist. Victor is in a horrible accident and it is only through his father’s talents and skills in technology that he survives. But he survives only because he’s rebuilt into a cyborg.” Johns goes on to say “He’s online 24/7. He doesn’t sleep. He just takes in data.”

Ray Fisher, the man portraying Cyborg on-screen, had some insight into the robotic hero:

“He is a technopath, which means he can just interface seamlessly with anything technological.  His greatest weakness is actually trying not to succumb to the technology. Trying to stay human.”

Justice League: Part One is slated to hit theaters on November 10, 2017.
