Judicial Watch: Tom Fitton praises GOP for shutting down Democratic ‘circus,’ says Kavanaugh will be confirmed
JW President Tom Fitton appeared on “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on the Fox Business Network to discuss how President Trump ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation into the allegations made against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Fitton praised the GOP for shutting down the Democratic “circus” at hearing Thursday and said he’ll likely be confirmed by the Senate.
“Despite this big circus of a hearing, it didn’t advance the ball in terms of providing ‘oh my gosh, he certainly did it’ or anything that would suggest that you can’t trust anything this woman said. You know, other than the fact she had no corroborating evidence and no one supported her,” Fitton said on “Fox & Friends” Friday.
“We didn’t need a hearing to know what we know today, which is why his case or his confirmation is going to go to a vote later today, because nothing new happened yesterday other than the circus,” he added.
“They could have asked the FBI to do a quick interview weeks ago,” Fitton told “Fox and Friends.” “Since the corruption of the Democratic side here was exposed you had, and, you know, we have to remember they are also pushing out false allegations that came out subsequently against Judge Kavanaugh that were absurd on their face.”
